  • I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

    Please check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's not there, write to us at alvashop.md@gmail.com with the name and phone number used for the order, and we will confirm your order manually.

  • Do you provide skincare consultations?

    Yes! If you're unsure which product fits your skin type, write to us via email or WhatsApp, and we will help you build the right skincare routine for you — completely free of charge.

  • I have an issue with my order. How do I contact you?

    You can write to us anytime at alvashop.md@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/Telegram at the number displayed in the footer of the website. We will reply on the same business day, usually within just a few hours.

Delivery

  • How does delivery work?

    Orders are shipped via Nova Post. After dispatch, you will receive your tracking number by email. Delivery times are 1–3 business days in Chisinau and 2–5 business days throughout the rest of the country.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    For your convenience, we offer a flat delivery fee of 70 MDL, regardless of the destination (within the Republic of Moldova).

  • How is the delivery carried out?

    The courier will deliver the parcel straight to your doorstep; there is no need to visit a post office.

Orders

  • How do I place an order?

    Add the desired products to your cart, click "Checkout", and fill in your delivery details. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

  • Can I track my order status?

    Yes. You can view the current status of your order in your ALVA account under the "My Orders" section. Once shipped, the tracking number will appear there and will also be sent to your email.

  • Can I order without creating an account?

    To ensure a secure shopping experience and proper processing, orders can only be placed through an active ALVA account. Creating an account takes just a minute and offers major benefits: real-time tracking of your parcel, the ability to cancel orders directly in the system, saving your favorite products, and accessing exclusive offers dedicated to our community.

Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Currently, we accept cash on delivery (COD) — you pay the courier or at the post office when picking up your parcel. No advance payment is required.

Products

  • Are the products authentic?

    Yes, all products at ALVA are 100% authentic, purchased directly from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit products or items of unverified origin.

Returns

  • Can I return a product?

    If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at alvashop.md@gmail.com or by phone, and we will find the best solution together. All returns are processed in compliance with Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or tested products cannot be returned. Please ensure the product is sealed and in its original packaging for the return to be successfully processed.
