Delivery policy

SECTION I. DELIVERY
1.1. Delivery service
The alvashop.md operator exclusively uses the services of the Nova Posta company for shipping orders within the territory of the Republic of Moldova. Orders cannot be delivered outside the territory of the Republic of Moldova through this platform.
1.2. Delivery cost
The delivery fee is fixed and amounts to 70 (seventy) Moldovan Leu (MDL) per parcel, regardless of the destination, weight, or number of products included in the order, within the limits of a standard parcel.
1.3. Order processing
Orders are processed on the business day they are placed, if done before 14:00. Orders placed after 14:00 or on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays) are processed on the next business day.
1.4. Estimated delivery times
The indicative delivery times, calculated from the date the parcel is dispatched by the Operator, are: — Chișinău Municipality and suburbs: 1–2 business days; — Other urban localities in the Republic of Moldova: 2–3 business days; — Rural localities: 3–5 business days.
These deadlines are for information purposes. The Operator cannot be held liable for delays determined by the courier company, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect delivery data provided by the User.
1.5. Parcel tracking
At the time of dispatch, the User receives via email the AWB (Air Waybill) number of the parcel, which allows tracking of the delivery status in real-time on the Nova Posta platform (novaposhta.md or the mobile application).
1.6. Receiving the parcel
Upon taking possession of the parcel, the User is obliged to check the integrity of the outer packaging in the presence of the courier service representative. In case the parcel shows visible damage, the User has the right to refuse delivery and immediately notify the Operator at the address alvashop.md@gmail.com. Accepting a parcel with damaged packaging without formulating objections may limit subsequent possibilities for claims regarding the condition of the products.
1.7. Uncollected parcel
If the User does not collect the parcel from the courier within the period provided by the courier service conditions, the parcel will be returned to the Operator. Return costs will be borne by the User and will be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.
SECTION II. PAYMENT
2.1. Available payment method
The only payment method currently accepted is payment upon delivery (cash on delivery). The amount corresponding to the order value, including the delivery cost, is paid by the User in cash at the time of collecting the parcel from a Nova Posta point or upon home delivery, as the case may be.
2.2. No online payment is requested or processed through the alvashop.md platform. The Operator does not collect, store, or process bank card data through the platform.
2.3. Payment currency
All transactions are carried out in Moldovan Leu (MDL).
